Is epilating your upper lip too painful?
Why not try an ice cube, numb the area with an ice cube before epilation.
Dry well and roll away immediately.

Can I wash the Epispring under a tap?
Yes, but this isn’t the correct way of cleaning.
Use an alcohol cloth to disinfect the Epispring every now and then.
Use the cloth to push the spring open ever so slightly when cleaning.
This will allow you to clean in between the spring.

Epispring looks just like threading, epilation with a thread, is that right?
Epispring has been derived from the ‘threading’ principle, the effect is exactly the same.

Can I use Epispring for all unwanted hair?
Epispring works best on short hairs and be used across the entire body.
Thick hairs have a thick root and can be very painful to remove with epilation.

Can I use the Epispring to epilate my eyebrows?
We don’t recommend this. There is a risk of removing part of

Has the Epispring handle come off?
The Epispring comes with a lifelong guarantee! The Epispring is thoroughly checked during manufacture,
but this does unfortunately happen sometimes. Send your Epispring back to us and we will send you
a replacement free of charge. (The guarantee conditions are of importance here)

There are various different websites where you can purchase products under different brand names like Epiface,
Epicare, Epilspring, Epiquick and Rollaway, sometimes also listing Epispring after the name. Are these Epispring brands?
There are an increasing number of brands which are also using the Epispring name. This is all connected to findability
on the internet.Epispring is the best known brand in the Benelux countries. We could see this as annoying,
but it does demonstrate the fact that Epispring is an important player.

I am allergic to nickel, can I still use the Stainless Steel Epispring PRO?
There is a low percentage of nickel in our stainless steel variant, but we would perhaps recommend using the Epispring
Classic instead, as an allergic reaction will be a possibility.

I can see red bumps after using Epispring?
You probably have quite oily skin. Use talcum powder before you start epilating.
It’s also important to ensure your skin is make up free before using the Epispring.

Can I order Epispring from you as a private customer?
No, we are the manufacturer. Take a look at our sales points and if there is no sales point
near you, you will always have the option of ordering an Epispring via an online shop.

Can I also buy an Epispring in Belgium?
Take a look at our sales points. You can also buy the Epispring from all Kruidvat and
Trekpleister shops in Belgium under the Silkyspring brand name.

There is an article in Margriet’s week 7 about Epispring and the fact that this is available for
sale from all pharmacies in the Netherlands?
This is an error by Margriet’s editorial team. We weren’t aware this was going to be published and therefore
offer our profuse apologies! Epispring is for sale via independent pharmacies linked to FACO Retail,
which includes DIO pharmacies. Please refer to FACO Retail for information on sales points.
